9/18 Physics Class and homework due 9/25

Hi folks,

We began today be looking at the concept of bias.  We explored how to look out for it in one's own research and how to spot it in others.

We also began our study on linear motion. We took a look at how all motion is relative and examined motion from the pespective of different frames of inertia. 

For homework this week:

Read 10 - 16 and 21-23 in your Conceptual Physics text

Do Review Questions on pg 25 #'s 1- 14

For Extra Credit do any one of the 3 activities on pg. 26

Be ready for a quiz next week covering many of the terms we've been looking at the past two weeks.
